MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP
Robidoux Resident Theatre is proud to present its fourth
Musical Theatre Camp. This four-week camp will be held at
our venue, Robidoux Landing Playhouse, with a four-hour-a-
day, five-day-a-week program.

CLASSES: April 05 - May 14, 2011

SEE, SING, AND PLAY
Preschool – ages 3-5
Annie Bramlage, Instructor
Saturdays 10:00AM-11:00AM (Starts April 9, 2011)

Objectives:
Learn the basics of theatre through song and activities using the 5 senses. At the end of the 6 week session, students will perform for family and friends.


BRING ME TO LIFE
Grades K-2
Jill Swann
Thursdays 4:30PM-6:00PM (Starts April 7, 2011)

Objectives:
Learn recognition of characters by using Life Boxes. Characters all based on favorites from children's literature. At the end of the 6 week session, students will perform different styles of characterization for family and friends.


WHAT A CHARACTER
Grades 3-5
Robert Etherton, Instructor
Tuesdays 4:30PM-6:00PM (Starts April 5, 2011)

Objectives:
Compare and Contrast pigs and wolves through the traditional 'Three Little Pigs' and the contemporary 'The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig.' At the end of the 6 week session, students will perform both versions of the story, and will discuss with family and friends what they learned at the Theatre Academy.


ACT ONE
Grades 6-8
Connie Willis, Instructor
Thursdays 4:30PM-6:00PM

Objectives:
Students will look at the art of directing through short scenes from various popular plays. At the end of the 6 week session, students will perform their scenes for family and friends.
