Rentals: Robidoux Landing Playhouse

In July of 2007 RRT opened their new venue, Robidoux Landing Playhouse, to sold-out performances all season. RRT is proud to offer our venue to you!  You can rent the Robidoux Landing Playhouse for your next wedding, reception, party, event, or business meeting.  Contact our Service Manager, Connie Willis to reserve your date.
 

RENTAL FEES:

 

*Rental $400.00 for 24 hour period.
*Security Deposit $200.00 Will be returned within 7 business days.
*Cleaning Charge $50.00
Bartender $50.00
Coffee and Tea Bar $25.00
Kitchen/Dish Room $25.00
Usage of Dishes $50.00
Linen Charge $80.00

Deposits are due before you may take possession of the theatre.  No deposit will be returned if a date is cancelled within two weeks of the reserved date.  No date is reserved until a deposit is made.
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

  • The rental does not include the use of the sound/light equipment.

  • Renter may not use the computer.

    Renter is not to use staples, tape or glue on any surface in the theatre.

  • No furniture other than the tables and chairs may be moved without prior approval of management.

  • Renter is to make no long distant telephone calls on the theatre telephone.

  • Renter may NOT bring in any alcohol from outside.  All alcohol must be purchased at the bar. If wine is used by the renter they may bring in their own bottles, but there will be a $5.00 cork charge per bottle.  The $5.00 per cork charge will be paid to RRT.

  • No kegs are to be brought into the theatre.

  • No smoking anywhere in the building.

  • No open flames without prior approval of the management.

  • The rental includes only the main hall, the men's and women's restrooms and the art gallery.  No other space is to be used without prior approval of management.

  • All personal items must be removed at the end of the 24 hours.

  • Security is the responsibility of the renter.
