Robidoux
Resident Theatre is making big changes and taking big
steps forward in the New Year in St. Joseph! We have added a
new musical to our season, a winter holiday fundraising show and
two new educational outreach productions. RRT is ready to
take even bigger steps by adding a black box experimental season
to our main stage and to fill a void in our community…dinner
theatre!
We can not do
any of this without your support as an audience member and as a
contributor to our development drive! Your generous donation
will guarantee that RRT will continue working for St. Joseph and
the arts. You can make our 28th year the best
yet!
RRT donates
over $20,000 in reduced tickets to our students! When our
students see Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird
and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, they see how
beautiful and meaningful life can be. With your help we plan to
do even more educational outreach. Your dollars will assure
that our students will be able to participate in workshops and
classes that will help to develop their self-esteem, social and
communication skills and to become citizens that participate in
the arts!
Our goal
this year is unique! We want to raise one dollar for every
citizen that we had in our theatre this past year…12,332! Your
donation guarantees you a tax deduction and a year of joy for
our community! In turn the community will continue to enjoy
the benefit of 8.3 million dollars that is brought to our city
as a result of a vibrant arts community. The development drive
money will be used to add a second season to our main stage
season, develop a children’s educational outreach program and
develop the newly acquired Cobblestone/Ice House Theatre space.
Now we know that every citizen won’t be able to give, so
contributors like yourself can make up for the difference.
We thank you
for your past support and ask that at this time you consider
what you can give and do so. Your financial contribution not
only supports Robidoux Resident Theatre and the arts, but it
lifts our community and makes St. Joseph a great place to call
home. |
